1.Customs Clearance, Formalities, Duties and Taxes, Destination Terminal Handling charges and all applicable destination charges have to be prepaid by the shipper to Cargopedia so that we would be able to proceed.
The final duty and tax cost will be based on Canada Customs Invoice. It should be paid in full and we have no control over the amount.

3. If the cargo includes any of the following items:
ï Aerosol Cans
ï Chemicals Liquid
ï Perfumes
ï Electronic w/ built in batteries
ï Alcohol
ï Batteries
or basically any dangerous goods
There will be an extra fee as it would be considered dangerous goods and necessary labelling and handling will be required. Please see the below link to know if your cargo is hazardous

4. Rates are valid on the date when provided and invalid after 15 days.
5. Applicable Charges may apply to the below criteria:
ïScreening Fee: USD0.15/kg (Minimum USD45) is applicable for unknown Shippers.
ïTailgate: USD25 per Skid (Maximum USD150)
ïDead Run: 100% of order
ïRefusal of Shipment/Undeliverable: 200% of order
ïWaiting Time: Trucks: 15 minutes free on pick-up and 15 minutes free on delivery *included* Trailers: 30 minutes free on pick-up and 30 minutes free on delivery *included*
ïAdditional Time: USD25 per 15 minutes

7. Once payment has been made, you have pre-approved to the rates and as well as the Terms and Conditions. It is the Customerís responsibility to carefully read the Terms and Conditions, and ask if thereís any unclarity to the Terms and Conditions.
