Less than container Load (LCL)
1.Cargo insurance is a worthwhile addition to give you peace of mind during your move. Protect your shipment in case if anything happens during transit. Cargo insurance is 1.5% of the cargo value for total loss coverage and 2% for full coverage including dents and scratches. If you choose not to purchase cargo insurance, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the cargo.
2.This quotation given is only valid for the mentioned origin and destination, no changes or adjustments are to be made at the time of booking.
3.The quotation considered in this offer is based on Total Gross and or Chargeable Weight as mentioned on our quotation. The final price may be modified accordingly to changes in weight / dimensions / Incoterms at the time of shipping.

5.If the cargo includes any of the following items:
ï Aerosol Cans
ï Chemicals Liquid
ï Perfumes
ï Electronic w/ built in batteries
ï Alcohol
ï Batteries
or basically any dangerous goods

6.If we provide a pickup service from door, the price provided is from ìcurbsideî door pick-up to destination.
7.Drivers are not allowed to enter the house due to our insurance regulations. If you require the cargo to be picked up from inside your house (hand bombing), an additional fee will be applicable to make the arrangements with our moving technicians to enter your residence and pick up your household.
8. Applicable Charges may apply to the below criteria:
ïTailgate: USD25 per Skid (Maximum USD150)
ïDead Run: 100% of order
ïRefusal of Shipment/Undeliverable: 200% of order
ïWaiting Time: Trucks: 15 minutes free on pick-up and 15 minutes free on delivery *included* Trailers: 30 minutes free on pick-up and 30 minutes free on delivery *included*
ïAdditional Time: USD25 per 15 minutes
9. When the cargo arrives at destination, Consignee will be fully responsible for Customs Clearance, Formalities, Destination Terminal Handling Charges, Duties and Taxes; Cargopediaís responsibility ends at destination port and or airport.
10. Rates are based on stackable cargo unless specified otherwise.
11. Rates are valid from the date when provided and will be invalid after 15 days.

13. Once payment has been made, you have pre-approved to the rates and as well as the Terms and Conditions. It is the Customerís responsibility to carefully read the Terms and Conditions and ask if thereís any unclarity to the Terms and Conditions.
