Loose Cargo (LSE)
1.Cargo insurance is a worthwhile addition to give you peace of mind during your move. Protect your shipment in case if anything happens during transit. Cargo insurance is 1.5% of the cargo value for total loss coverage and 2% for full coverage including dents and scratches. If you choose not to purchase cargo insurance, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the cargo.
2. The quotation given is only valid for the mentioned origin and destination, no changes or adjustments are to be made by the customer at time of booking.
3. The quotation considered in this offer is based on the Total Gross and or Chargeable Weight. The final quotation price will vary accordingly to changes in weight dimensions / Incoterms at the time of shipping.
4. Customs Clearance, Formalities, Duties and Taxes, Destination Terminal Handling charges and all applicable destination charges will be on the account of the Consignee.

6. If the cargo includes any of the following items:
ï Aerosol Cans
ï Chemicals Liquid
ï Perfumes
ï Electronic w/ built in batteries
ï Alcohol
ï Batteries
or basically any dangerous goods

7. If the airline or Customs rejects the cargo because of ìwrong declarationî meaning you have not declared your cargo properly; all the extra charges will be to the account of cargo. Please make sure to mention cargo details properly and, make sure to declare the above items.
8. Rates are valid on the date when provided and invalid after 15 days.
9. When the cargo arrives to final destination, consignee will be fully responsible for Customs Clearance, Cargopediaís responsibility ends at destination port
10. All rates are based on stackable cargo unless specified otherwise.
11. If the cargo is already palletized, please make sure it will be acceptable for air freight carriers. The height of the pallets cannot exceed 59íí. If the cargo needs to be re-palletized, additional charges will be applied.
12. Applicable Charges may apply to the below criteria:
ïScreening Fee: USD0.15/kg (Minimum USD45) is applicable for unknown Shippers.
ïTailgate: USD25 per Skid (Maximum USD150)
ïDead Run: 100% of order
ïRefusal of Shipment/Undeliverable: 200% of order
ïWaiting Time: Trucks: 15 minutes free on pick-up and 15 minutes free on delivery *included* Trailers: 30 minutes free on pick-up and 30 minutes free on delivery *included*
ïAdditional Time: USD25 per 15 minutes
13. The truck driver or carrier will be picking up other cargo en route at the time, please ensure you would be present at the scheduled time of pickup or additional charges will be applied.

15. Once payment has been made, you have pre-approved to the rates and as well as the Terms and Conditions. It is the Customerís responsibility to carefully read the Terms and Conditions and ask if thereís any unclarity to the Terms and Conditions.
