1.Cargo insurance is a worthwhile addition to give you peace of mind during your move. Protect your shipment in case if anything happens during transit. Cargo insurance is 1.5% of the cargo value for total loss coverage and 2% for full coverage including dents and scratches. If you choose not to purchase cargo insurance, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the cargo.
2.It is the customer responsibility to make sure the vehicle if free from liens and encumbrances. This can be confirmed by obtaining the release letter from Ministry of Transportation.

4. Please make sure the fuel tank would be close to empty when delivering the vehicle.
5. The quotation given is only valid for the mentioned origin and destination, no changes or adjustments are to be made by the customer at time of booking.
6. Please provide your pickup address if car pick up service is required.
7.Customs Clearance, Formalities, Duties and Taxes, Destination Terminal Handling charges and all applicable destination charges will be on the account of Consignee.
8. Please check the vehicleís Make and Model and year with final destination Customs and make sure there is no restriction for Import.
9. Kindly also ensure, that the destination country allows for the left-side steering alignment.
10. Cargopediaís responsibility ends when the cargo arrives to final destination port.
11. Rates are valid from the date when provided and will be invalid after 15 days.
